Our classic and very popular safari is the Tuli Trail: a seven night mobile safari, ending each riding day in comfortable walk-in tents with beds, cozy duvets, hot showers and fine dining in lovely settings. A highlight of the trail is two nights spent sleeping out under the stars in an old tribal court called the Kgotla; other nights are at various wilderness camps. The ride covers approximately 120 miles over the course of the week and is scheduled from April to October.

Itinerary in brief

Day 1

Arrive at Pont Drift border or Limpopo Valley airfield, transfer to Two Mashatus Camp

Overnight at Two Mashatus Camp

Day 2

Enjoy 6 - 7 hour ride to Jwala Camp. Afternoon game walk.

Overnight at Jwala Camp

Day 3

Enjoy 6 - 7 hour ride to Kgotla Camp. Afternoon visit to local village.

Overnight at Kgotla Camp

Day 4

Enjoy full day exploring sandstone formations and archeologically rich sites.

Overnight at Kgotla Camp

Day 5

Enjoy 7 hour ride to Liana Camp. Evening game drive.

Overnight at Liana Camp

Day 6

Enjoy 5 -6 hour ride exploring the river banks. Afrternoon guided bush walk.

Overnight at the Zeedeberg site

Day 7

Enjoy 5 - 6 hour ride delving into the historica past of the Tuli area.

Overnight at Two Mashatus Camp, FB

Day 8

Enjoy a 2 hour ride this morning before returning to Limpopo Valley airfield or Pont Drift border post.
