Ever heard the guttural sound of a lion’s roar as you lie safely in bed at night? It touches your very soul. It’s one reason you need to come with us to the magnificent Kruger National Park, climb into our open safari vehicles with our registered, experienced field guides, and follow the spoor of the Big Five. It’s the reason you’ll stay for two nights at a rest camp in the Park, in the hope you’ll hear that unforgettable sound; but if not lion, perhaps a leopard or jackal? Our three-day trip into Kruger – leaving from Johannesburg – is the perfect way to experience the bush, for we rise with the animals, rest when they do in the middle of the day, and venture out again when they begin their hunt for food. Our open vehicles provide the very best photographic vantage points, and have no barriers between you and the bush. In that way, you really feel the wildness, and indeed, the peace and serenity of being out there, away from the City stresses. Apart from the Big Five, Kruger is home to 147 different mammal, reptile and bird species. We begin the search for them from the moment we drive into the Park...and with our professional guides, your chances of a memorable sighting are greatly increased. And we’ll all be listening for the sound of that lion at night...
